The Team
Kevin Craig is a licensed Arizona real estate professional who founded the S4 Group in 2008, now operating with Compass out of the Scottsdale office at 4222 N. Marshall Way.
After a 27 year career as a division manager for United Parcel Service, Kevin started a second career in real estate, graduating from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2004. He became a multi-million dollar producer within his first 18 months and has been recognized as a top producer in every year since.
In 2013, Kevin was ranked #28 in the state of Arizona by RealTrends.com. The S4 Group has since expanded operations into Southern California, Las Vegas and Maui, and today includes luxury resales as well as custom spec and build to suit homes.
